Todo excelente!! El personal es muy amable y siempre están atentos ante cualquier solicitud o asistencia que llegues a necesitar. Sobre todo Mario fue de gran ayuda con recomendaciones y sugerencias para hacer mi estancia más agradable. En cuanto a la habitación decidí elegir algo amplio porque me hospedé por 5 noches el servicio de limpieza fue maravilloso, también te incluye amenidades como agua, café y té. Debo decir que mi habitación era muy cómoda en planta baja con buena iluminación y con un olor muy suave y agradable. Tiene una ubicación muy buena a siete cuadras del centro, restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.
Great hotel to use as a home base, huge rooms, and a built in man made Cenote! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff was attentive, friendly and provided great info and recommendations for things to do in Merida! Located just outside the main square, close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough away to avoid some of the noise and late night partying. 10/10 would stay again

The place and service is unbelievable, amazing people.
Great location, really friendly service, and located in a convenient spot that allows for easy walking access across downtown Merida. Do note that parking may be difficult to find if you have a car; ask reception for tips on where to park. The rooms themselves had very tall ceilings which made the place feel larger than they were, and the beds were spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the lack of sound proofing, with noises and any levels of talking in the hallways making it into our rooms. If that issue were fixed, the experience would be a complete 10/10. Great coffee as well.
